Provides eligible employees with unpaid, non-job-protected time off for certain personal situations.
All regular employees. Personal Leave is subject to business impact review and management approval.
After you have received approval from your supervisor.
Personal Leaves must be taken for a minimum of two weeks and may be taken for up to 12 weeks in a rolling 12 months. You may only take two personal leaves per year.

You must use any available vacation balance during your personal leave; otherwise, it is unpaid.
While on leave of absence, your timesheet should be updated with the “Leave of Absence” unpaid time code, unless you are applying vacation time to an unpaid leave of absence. The “Regular” time code should not be submitted while on any paid or unpaid leave.
Upon the approval of you leave, coordinate the processing of accrued vacation pay with your manager, admin or operations lead, or ensure that your timecard reflects the appropriate unpaid time code. Once your accrued vacation time is exhausted, your Personal Leave will be unpaid.
