Mobile working—which means working from an alternative worksite, such as your home, on a regular basis—helps REI keep its competitive edge while giving you more flexibility. Thinking about working toward the completion of a college degree? Let REI help with our tuition reimbursement program, REACH. This program provides you with financial support—up to $1,500 for undergraduate degrees and certificate programs and $3,000 for graduate education per year—to complete approved higher educational degrees that relate to our business and your current or future role at REI.

That’s why we offer a 100% pre-tax subsidy on public transit expenses, including bus, train, vanpool and ferry, up to the IRS limit ($315) through payroll deduction. We also offer pre-tax parking for employees who work at locations with limited commuting options. Parking elections are not subsidized by REI.
