Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

What It Provides

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides solution-focused, confidential help for everything from depression and substance abuse to day-to-day issues like finding dependent care, handling stress and dealing with financial and legal situations. The EAP offers up to eight free individual counseling sessions per issue per year, either face to face, over video or through text messages with Talkspace.

  • Legal and Financial Assistance

    • Referrals to qualified professionals for advice on a variety of legal or financial issues
    • Initial free 30-minute consultation and ongoing professional services at a discounted rate
  • Convenience Services

    • Research on an array of day-to-day needs from home repair to party planning
    • Qualified referrals to resources that meet your needs
