This 12-week virtual program treats patients with depression, anxiety and burnout by providing quick access to care and daily support from a licensed therapist. In addition to 1:1 therapist support (via text), Meru also provides interactive practices, peer networks and guided meditation and breathing through a wearable device provided to you.
