REI recognizes eight paid holidays each year. Full-time employees will receive eight hours of holiday pay and one-and-one-half times their regular rate of pay when they work on one of the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
