  • Find solutions for everyday issues;
  • Help overcome barriers to care, like time, money and mobility; and
  • Learn about your benefits coverage and how it can support your emotional needs.

Free Counseling Sessions

The EAP offers up to eight free individual counseling sessions per issue per year, either face to face, over televideo or through text messages with TalkSpace.

Face-to-Face or Televideo Counseling Sessions (Employee Assistance Program)

Contact a Well-Being Partner at 1-800-451-2967 to initiate the free visits and they will search for a covered provider for you or your household members.

Talkspace: Support on Your Schedule (Employee Assistance Program)

Offered through the EAP and available to you and your household members, Talkspace is an online therapy platform that makes it easy and convenient to connect with a licensed behavioral therapist from just about anywhere.* It’s as easy as 1-2-3. Simply:

  1. Complete a short questionnaire.
  2. Choose a therapist.
  3. Connect with a counselor virtually.

How It Works:

Share text, video and audio messages with your counselor, who will respond daily up to five days a week for a maximum of six weeks. Without making an appointment or driving to a provider’s office, Talkspace can help you:

  • Get support even when life keeps you super busy;
  • Make time for self-care; and
  • Set and work towards your goals.

If you’re ready to get started, sign up for Talkspace and create your Talkspace account. Watch this video to learn more about Talkspace.

*Please note: Talkspace is for individual counseling for members 18 years of age and older.

Behavioral Health Specialist: You pay $85 per non-medical doctor (e.g., therapist) per session and costs will range from $95-$190 per psychiatrist session. Costs apply toward the deductible.
